Returns & Exchanges

At The HydroPump Pokéshop, we want you to feel as powerful as a Blastoise in your new gear, but if your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our Pallet Town fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
